
MWC 2010 was home to Opera Mobile Browser introduced for Android smartphones. Opera Mobile and Opera Mini has become one of the most popular browser on the Android Market. Both will be receiving a major update at MWC 2012. In a statement, Opera revealed that they have the highest market share among mobile browsers, with more than 160 million active users per month and the second Opera Mobile and Opera Mini will soon have new features that focus on "the social aspects of browsing". Opera also said it would make an announcement about mobile payment.
For those who do not know the difference between Opera Mobile and Opera Mini browser. Opera Mini will keep your site open in one of the Opera server, which will be compressed before being sent to your phone. This will speed 2 to 3 times the time needed to open the page.
